I lead and manage a cross-regional team of 19 direct reports and with 2 regional Google stakeholders, managing the varying expectations of each. My team has shown continued improvement and has exceed goals QoQ.
I created and implemented the following processes to improve the project:
A way to capture the Voice of the Customer so we can share with Google in our meetings since they didn’t have a tool to capture this feedback.
The Salesforce reports and dashboards the team uses to track performance. This has allowed us to improve the team’s effectiveness and efficiency while improving the Partner’s experience.
A Co-Leads process to give certain agents more responsibility to train/lead coworkers so they can hopefully become managers in the future.
Shift Lead | Partner Advantage Concierge Team
Provide world wide support for English speaking partners through phone and email, delivering outstanding services that aligned with business goals and objectives.
Serve as Advisor to Google Partners, addressing and resolving technical issues and locating an online content from Google’s partner-facing sites, relevant to clients’ organization.
Lead and work closely with high performing team that enhanced daily productivity and promote goal attainment.
Actively participate in multiple meetings with different teams at Google, providing recommendations that strengthened team performance and improved process initiatives.
Created majority of the Salesforce reports and dashboards that the Concierge team uses to track performance across regions.
